I first met Michael when I went for a job interview, after many years as a stay-at-home mum. I was very nervous and he seemed very serious, but to my surprise I got the job. Michael was my manager and I will always be grateful that he gave me the encouragement I needed to believe in myself and progress in my job. He expected high standards of work but we did have some laughs. Luckily, even after both of us leaving that employment, we stayed in touch through msgs or emails, but unfortunately we had it seen each other in years. I will always remember him as a kind, caring gentleman. Rest in peace my friend, somewhere over the rainbow, and watch over your loved ones Anna
